Youth Support Group

Our Youth Support Group is open to LGBTQIAP+ youth ages 12-17 and takes place at our center every Monday. 

Prior to participating in the Youth Support Group, an appointment will be scheduled with the interested youth and their caregiver(s) to conduct an initial assessment and to complete consent forms. Please fill out general information below, and once you complete this form, a Pride Center representative will reach out to you to schedule an appointment to complete the initial assessment.
